We ship from the North East in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping can range from 3 to 7 business days.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit, we'll do everything we can to help locate it and assist with the carrier's claims process. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient, and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.

Are your fragrances authentic?
All fragrances sold by Chromatique are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable retailers and authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, diluted, or imitation products.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
How can I change my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, so we are unable to modify or cancel orders once submitted. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll make every effort to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout or for packages that cannot be retrieved due to an incorrect address.
Perfume Types
What's the difference between Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Parfum has the highest concentration and typically lasts the longest, followed by Eau de Parfum (EDP), Eau de Toilette (EDT), and Eau de Cologne (EDC), which offers a lighter, fresher scent.
What is a perfume sample?
A perfume sample is a manufacturer-filled miniature vial or travel-size fragrance designed to let you experience a scent before purchasing a full-size bottle. Samples are perfect for travel, gifting, or discovering new fragrances.
What is a dabber?
A dabber is a miniature fragrance bottle that does not include a spray atomizer. Instead, fragrance is applied directly to the skin using a plastic applicator attached to the cap or through a splash opening.
What is a travel spray?
A travel spray is a portable fragrance with a spray atomizer, typically ranging from 5–15 mL. They're ideal for travel, keeping in your bag, or refreshing your fragrance throughout the day.
Why do some fragrance samples appear partially filled?
Manufacturer-filled samples often contain visible headspace and may not appear completely full. This is normal and intentional. Samples are filled by volume, not by the height of the liquid in the vial.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of fragrances and cosmetic products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Do you offer free samples?
